A home, not just a centre
Casa Alegria offers indefinite-stay accommodation to elderly people unable to care for themselves. Every resident finds shelter, meals, care and — above all — a warm community in which to feel at home.
Care services
We provide accommodation, three main meals and two snacks daily, hot meal preparation, laundry of clothes and bedding. Personal care includes help with everyday activities — dressing, eating, hygiene and mobility — with respect for each person's pace.
Medical care and rehabilitation
Residents receive medical assistance, consultations and prescribed treatment, supervision, first aid and medication administration tailored to each person's condition. Rehabilitation services are complemented by psychological counselling to maintain and improve intellectual capacities.
Social and emotional support
The team builds an individual intervention and care plan for every resident, offering social counselling, emotional and religious support, relaxation and reintegration therapies. We constantly promote residents' rights and a dignified image of the elderly.
